Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage, defect, or incorrect item
- The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with tags intact
⚠️ No unboxing video = No return or refund (strictly enforced)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Minor color or design variations due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution
- Customized items or blouse-stitched orders
- Sale or discounted items (unless received damaged or incorrect)

Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, Kashi Chandu Collections will bear the return shipping cost.
- For all other approved returns, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
